Why is it risky?
A single accidental pill usually causes only mild GI upset, but repeated exposure or ingesting a full blister pack can cause estrogen toxicity and bone marrow suppression.

Vomiting, decreased appetite. With larger or repeated ingestion: lethargy and pale gums (signs of anemia) appearing days later.
What To Do
Monitor after a single-pill exposure; call a vet if more than one pill was eaten or any symptoms appear.
Notes
Cats are often drawn to the foil/plastic blister packaging itself, not just the pills.
