Why is it risky?
Oleander contains cardiac glycosides (similar mechanism to foxglove) that directly affect heart function. It's one of the most acutely dangerous common garden/ornamental plants.

Digestive · Nervous · Cardiovascular
Symptoms
Vomiting, diarrhea, abnormal heart rate/rhythm, tremors, weakness, collapse. Can progress rapidly and be fatal even from small ingestions.
What To Do
Veterinary emergency regardless of quantity ingested.
